About AT

AT (Atlantic Time) is a time zone used in parts of eastern Canada and the Caribbean region. The time zone offset of Atlantic Time is typically UTC−04:00 during standard time and UTC−03:00 during daylight saving time in areas that observe seasonal clock changes.

Atlantic Time is commonly used in regions such as New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and parts of Labrador in Canada. Some Caribbean locations also use Atlantic Time throughout the year without observing daylight saving time.

AT helps coordinate business, transportation, and communication across the Atlantic region and serves as an important time standard for communities located east of the Eastern Time Zone.
